OK so yes I can speak and write in Swedish, but it`s my blog, so for my own pleasure I will be writing in English.

I`ve been overweight for so many years now, I don`t remember a time I was ever happy with my weight. In all honesty are any of us ever really happy with how we look? I remember being 12 stone (76kg many many years ago) and thinking, god I`m getting big and yet now I would give anything to be that size again. I think as the years go by and we get older, we learn to be more acceptable to the way we look weight wise. Saying that LCHF does seem to be something that works for me and regular visits to the gym don`t seem to be a problem either, so the key will be "motivation" I have it now, but the million dollar question is, "Can I keep it?" Time will tell!

Protein pulver?

Can anyone recommend a good protein power that tastes good with water? I`m drinking Life whey protein now, but it only tastes good with milk, bringing my carbs up a little too much.

I only use casein or mixed protein (casein and whey) but I can really recommend Star Nutrition Gourmet-Pro or Body Science Casein. Fairing Complete is another quite tasty mixed protein, and I only mix them with water :).

Body sience caseine and fairings complete is some of few proteines I can use due to lactose intolerance, though Body S released a protein now with Laktrase in it that Im going to test.
