It is working!

Yeah, this feels nice, no more hunger ( it kinda disappeared after the 4th day, I wonder if it works the same way for anorexics ) and yesterday I weighed myself in the gym and I have lost 2.4 kilos in six days. Also, the gym didnt feel heavy yesterday, but that could have to do with me eating a protein bar just before the workout. Isnt that cool? I know, one kilo or so is water, but still, for less than a week is really good. If I can keep losing 1.5 kilos for the next coming weeks I will more than achieve my goal :) It is very motivating that this diet is working, it really makes me feel like following through to the end of the six week modifast-method! This weekend is a tough probe... a birthday party-bbq. I wonder if I could just eat a small past salad and a minimal amount of meat ( carbs + proteins + fat should be fine right?? )... I will bring one of those ready made shakes just in case, I dont want to spoil my diet achievements just yet! boyakasha!
