You her right, 3 kilos I have gone up since the end of christmas...I mainly blame it on the shitty weather we are having, loads of snow, temperatures around -10 and darkness
Of course, one has to do something for fun i.e. drink some beers at home watching...

Going well!

Yes, indeed it is, the diet keeps working like clockwork! 6,4 kg down in exactly 21 days so almost exactly 300 grams a day. This is really motivating, I even bought a balance today so I dont have to depend on going to the gym in order to weight myself....

I have now gone though all of the Modifast products ( except the asparagus soup ) and I can say that all of them are rather good. -The potato and leeks ( purjolök ) soup is quite good, if only a bit too dense, but with a good soup taste as any of those...
