300 grams a day

Modifast works great, as advertised I am losing 300 grams (of fat I hope) a day. Now I am changing my goal a bit, and the length of my Modifast diet. I was originally thinking of loosing 10 kilos over 6 weeks, but I will now extend each one of the periods ( 1st : four Modifast shakes 2nd: one-meal + three shakes 3rd: two meals + two shakes ) so I will make each period last 3 weeks instead of two. It is being SO EASY so far to go on this diet that it feels a bit dumb to just do it over 6 weeks. Anyone has any advice on this? So If I count that I am going to lose another 2 kilos on the last week of the all Modifast that will be 6 kilos. In the last period I count that I will lose less, perhaps 1.5 kg per week? So that makes 4.5 kg. Finally the last three weeks when I only eat two shakes a day I count on being able to lose 1 kilo a week ( at least ) So three weeks makes 3 kg. Total of 13.5 kg, not being overly optimistic. So in seven weeks I will hopefully weight 85.5 Kg... shit, that doesnt happen since 2002! Alicante beach here I come :)

    I´m really happy it works for you. I´m not that serious. I don´t like thoose diets. Either the consistens or i´m not staying full long enough. Right now i´m trying "old school"...eating less candy and fastfood and exercising. I hope you meet your goal. Good luck!!!

    Thanks, the problem for me is that that sort of diet that you speak about takes months or years to work. This one that I am trying now is great almost 5 kilos in two weeks, and if I am responsible when I finish it and dont eat to much I would have reached my target in less than 2 months!
