Exercise does not make you thin!

Exercise makes you hungry. And you have to exercise an awful lot to make a difference weightwise. Food is (almost) everything! :-)

I exercis and eat the same as before i started to workout. And i have lost weight. I do my training in the evening and it also make me sleep alot better at night. So i still believe that exercis can make a diffrence.
