Start again!

Today is the start of my last Modifast period, one month until Christmas, just enough time to lose 4 or 5 kilos and get to my finest goal of 80 kilos. If this ( or better said, when this ) is achieved I would have gone from 104 in Christmas last year to 80 kilos, so 24 kilos in a year!!!! I would have never thought it would have been this easy to loose all of that weight. Will keep you posted.
