Third day!

I think that my body is getting used to the Modifast diet now. I have not been hungry at all this morning and didnt fell bad at all, well a bit tired, but a cup of dark coffee fixed the problem. Reading about this hyperproteic diet ( Modifast seems to be qualified as one of those ) some studies say that after a few days the body starts producing a certain type of hormone that reduces hunger and that even may produce euphoria. Cool isnt it? Now, if anyone has any experience on Modifast, how long did you do the 4 times a day regime for? I was thinking two weeks and then to start having normal ( but healthy ) breakfast for two weeks and then normal breakfast and (small) dinner for two weeks. Can you extend the first step (all Modifast) for longer? It seems like a good idea to extends it to three weeks. I need to lose quite a lot of weight as I am around 20 kilos from my optimal weight, although I dont have that as a goal ( my goal is 10 kilos which is quite a lot anyways ). I am very healthy, never been sick in my life, so I am guessing that a bit of weight loss cant really hurt can it? Also in the long run the extra weight will be more harmful than any possible side effects of my diet. Any comments are welcome!
